This is nail polish, made by CND, the same company that makes Shellac. Vinylux uses ProLight technology to give long-lasting, chip-free colour that lasts for a week. Unlike Shellac, Vinylux is a nail polish, so it can be easily removed, plus it requires no base coat, making the application process much faster.
