How does it work?
3 simple steps to your FREE BEAUTY TREATMENTS
1. Get a card
First-time visitors to Woodlands will receive our handy Loyalty Card that is designed to fit easily into your wallet or purse.
You can start earning straight away! Whenever you spend £20 at any of our 3 beauty clinics, whether it's for a treatment, a product or a gift voucher, you will receive a stamp on your Loyalty Card.
Stamps add up to FREE BEAUTY TREATMENTS! Once you reach a FREE Loyalty Treatment square on your card, you're in for a treat! Check here in the Loyalty section or ask a member of our team what the Loyalty Reward of the Month is - we change the reward each month to give you the opportunity to try out lots of different Woodlands treatments, absolutely FREE!
Terms & Conditions
Free Loyalty treatments are not redeemable for cash, credit or gift vouchers.
Free Loyalty treatments can only be redeemed by the owner of the card, they can not be passed on or gifted to anyone else.
Loyalty stamps can be earned at Woodlands Aigburth, Woodlands Baltic and Woodlands Woolton. They are not available at Woodlands Medical.
Last minute cancellation or "no showing" for a Loyalty treatment may result in you losing this treatment if we are not able to fill your appointment slot.
Loyalty Rewards will be changed each month. If a client would prefer not to use their free treatment straight away, they can wait until a time that is suitable for them, however, they can only redeem a Reward during the month it is available, it can not be carried over to a different month.
Woodlands is unable to keep track of the number of stamps on your Loyalty Card. In the event that a card is lost, Woodlands will replace the card itself but can not replace the stamps that were on the lost card.
Should a client forget to bring their card with them to an appointment, Woodlands will make a note on the client's account of the number of stamps they are owed. The client MUST bring their card to their next appointment in order to receive their owed stamps.
