At Woodlands we pride ourselves on our customer service. Late arrival will deprive you of valuable treatment time. As courtesy to the next client your time will end at the time originally scheduled.
Cancellations
We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule a booking. This will avoid a 50% charge as we are unable to fill appointments at short notice.
Mobile Telephones
Mobile telephones must be switched off when entering Woodlands for treatments in order to offer you and other clients an undisturbed treatment.

We can arrange comfortable transport to make life easier or the occasion more special.
Gift Vouchers
We provide gift vouchers in multiples of £10 - £100.
If you require a specific treatment or other amount, please pre-order.
